Ask in your own words and the app picks the tools. The names help when you read what the app did, or when you set per-tool permissions in your app. Access says what a tool does to your data:

Reads changes nothing.
Changes runs when the app calls it, like a click in the dashboard.
Asks first returns a preview and changes nothing until you agree. Asks first when needed does so only in the cases listed in Changes and limits.

Account and teams
