Auto-bidding dashboard with the checklist, usage strip and two setup cards ## Credits and billing period Usage strip with the low credits warning and the Continue over limit button A submitted proposal and an accepted invite each use one credit. Scheduled jobs reserve a credit before they go out. Unused credits roll over once, to the next period only. Rolled-over credits are spent first. Bidding stops when the allowance runs out. Turn on **Continue over limit** to keep going. Extra proposals are billed at the per-proposal rate shown next to the toggle and invoiced at the end of the billing period. Over limit is not available on a trial. **Upgrade plan** changes the allowance. A bigger plan opens checkout in a new tab. A smaller plan on the same billing period starts at the next renewal. Only the team owner can change the plan. Upgrade plan modal with the volume slider ## Setup cards Setup card with the header meta row and the five stat cells **Views** is the share of sent proposals the client opened. **Replies** is the share of viewed proposals that got a reply. **Reply rate** is replies over sent. **Today** counts against the setup's daily limit and resets at midnight in the setup's timezone. Pausing skips every job the setup has already scheduled. Resuming does not bring them back. Vollna also pauses a setup when the approval is withdrawn, when you delete its filter, or when a trial ends. ## Bidding priority When two setups match the same job, the higher one in the list wins. Click **Change priority**, drag the rows, then **Save order**. Change bidding priority list with drag handles and numbered rows The losing setup skips the job. When the winner then declines it, for example because its AI qualifier says no, the next setup in the order picks it up. Priority alone does not stop two setups from bidding on the same job. For that, turn on **Do not apply if another bidder already applied** on the lower setup. ## Archive a setup **Archive** in the card menu stops the setup for good. Its jobs and analytics stay.
